SHIPPING

Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for shipping back issues and other in-stock items. Items designated as preorders (a solicitation month is shown) ship as soon as possible after the date of publication.

If you enter payment by credit card or paypal, your order begins processing immediately. If you select payment by check or money order, please send payment as soon as possible to avoid delays in processing your order. Please allow for an additional 2 weeks for checks to clear.

RETURNS

You may return most new, unopened items sold by Comic Cavalcade ("COMCAV") within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, exchange or credit towards future purchases. Items should be returned in their original product packaging with packaging slip and mailed to:

For items directed to our Returns Department, expect your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper (though in many cases you'll receive the refund sooner). This time period includes:

• 5 to 10 business days for us to receive your return from the shipper
• 3 to 5 business days for us to process your return
• The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (Usually 3-5 business days)

If you provide your e-mail address, we'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

ITEMS THAT CANNOT BE RETURNED

*All items marked as "Sale" or "Clearance" are final. *Any item that has been picked up in person at a convention is a final sale. *Any ticket or part of a VIP package for a convention is a final sale. *Any clothing or glassware that has been worn / used is not able to be returned.

NOTE: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
